By accessing or using Smart Cash Sheet ("SCS") or any related websites, you agree to these Terms and Conditions ("Terms"). If you do not agree, do not use the Service. Continued use after updates constitutes acceptance.
Smart Cash Sheet (SCS) is a financial-wellness platform that helps users visualize cash flow, plan budgets, and track both financial and emotional wellness.
Features include free and paid tiers ("Smart," "Smarter," "Smartest"), Smart Cash Score (SCS™), AI assistant Segio, collaboration tools with independent professionals, third-party integrations (Plaid, Stripe, Supabase, OpenAI, Vercel, Resend), and future marketplace purchases via the Smart Marketplace (2026 launch).
SCS is provided for informational and entertainment purposes only. Displayed data—including balances, projections, or Segio's responses—may be inaccurate or incomplete.
Cashintel, LLC is not a bank, credit union, or licensed financial advisor. The App operates as an educational and budgeting tool and is not subject to financial regulatory licensing.
Users are solely responsible for:
SCS is not a "set it and forget it" application.
SCS provides educational content only. Nothing in the App constitutes financial, investment, tax, or legal advice. Users should consult certified financial professionals before acting on any information displayed in the App.
Financial professionals accessible through SCS are independent third parties and not employees, agents, or contractors of Cashintel, LLC. Cashintel is not responsible for advice, errors, omissions, or misuse of information by such professionals and is not liable for breaches of confidentiality or data misuse.
Users must provide accurate details, keep credentials confidential, and report unauthorized access immediately. Cashintel is not liable for losses from unauthorized use.
Cashintel does not store bank credentials directly. Financial data is retrieved securely via third-party integrations (Plaid) and encrypted in transit and at rest. No system is completely secure, and you accept this inherent risk.
If a device containing SCS is lost, stolen, or compromised, Cashintel is not responsible for unauthorized access or misuse of your information. Users must safeguard their devices and notify financial institutions immediately of suspected compromise.
The Smart Cash Score (SCS™) is for educational and entertainment purposes. Scores and analytics do not guarantee financial outcomes and may vary based on user input or technical limitations.
User is responsible for all legal matters from use of the application. Its members, officers, and employees bear no personal liability for claims arising from use of SCS.
Use of SCS and reliance on its outputs are at your own risk. You assume all responsibility for the accuracy of inputs and decisions derived from app data.
Paid tiers renew automatically unless cancelled before the next billing cycle. Fees are non-refundable except where required by law. Pricing or features may change with notice.
Payment Processing:
Payments are securely processed by third-party providers (e.g., Stripe). Cashintel does not access or store payment card data. Payment disputes must be resolved directly with the processor in accordance with its terms.
Promotions and Trials:
Cashintel may offer promotional pricing or free trials at its discretion and may modify or discontinue these offers without notice.
Beta features are provided "as-is." Cashintel assumes no liability for data loss or instability during testing.
Use of Plaid, Stripe, Supabase, OpenAI, Vercel, Resend, or other providers is subject to their respective terms and privacy policies. Cashintel is not responsible for third-party failures, outages, or breaches.
All software, branding, content, and trademarks are the property of Cashintel, LLC. Users receive a limited, non-transferable license for personal use only. Reverse engineering, copying, or redistribution is prohibited.
SCS employs AI and predictive models to generate insights. These outputs are automatically generated and not reviewed by human experts. Users must verify AI-generated information before relying on it. Cashintel disclaims liability for actions taken based on AI outputs.
Cashintel does not act as a fiduciary or advisor to users. The relationship is strictly informational and contractual.
You agree to defend, indemnify, and hold harmless Cashintel, LLC, its officers, and affiliates from claims or losses arising from your use of SCS or violation of these Terms.
Users agree not to:
Violations may result in immediate suspension or termination of access.
Cashintel is not liable for delay or failure to perform due to events beyond its control, including natural disasters, cyberattacks, or government actions.
Users represent that they are legally permitted to use SCS and are not in a sanctioned jurisdiction.
Cashintel is not liable for any data incident unless directly caused by gross negligence or willful misconduct. In the event of a material breach, affected users will be notified as required by law.
All payments are final and non-refundable except as otherwise expressly provided under Section 23A (30-Day Money-Back Guarantee) or where required by applicable law. Users agree not to initiate chargebacks for authorized transactions.
This clause establishes the general rule that payments are final, while recognizing limited exceptions for Cashintel's voluntary guarantee and legal obligations.
Cashintel, LLC offers a 30-day money-back guarantee on all paid Smart Cash Sheet (SCS) subscriptions. Eligible users may request a full refund within thirty (30) calendar days of their initial subscription purchase if they are unsatisfied with the Service.
Conditions for Eligibility:
This policy is offered voluntarily by Cashintel, LLC and does not affect any statutory consumer rights that may apply under local law.
By using the App, you consent to receive agreements and notices electronically. Continued use constitutes your electronic signature.
Any claim must be filed within ninety (90) days of the cause of action or it is barred.
Official notices may be sent via email or in-app message and are deemed delivered when sent to the registered email address.
Cashintel may assign its rights and obligations at any time. Users may not assign their rights without written consent.
Cashintel reserves the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue any part of the Service at any time without notice. Continued use constitutes acceptance of such changes.
In the event of a merger, acquisition, or sale, user data may be transferred to the acquiring entity under equivalent privacy and security standards.
Use of SCS via Apple App Store or Google Play is subject to their respective terms. Apple and Google are not responsible for SCS's operation or content.
A. U.S. Users:
Disputes shall be resolved by binding arbitration in Fulton County, Georgia, under the American Arbitration Association (AAA) rules. Class actions and representative claims are waived.
B. International Users:
Unresolved disputes shall be submitted to binding arbitration under the International Chamber of Commerce (ICC) in Atlanta, Georgia, USA, in English.
C. Limitation of Liability:
Cashintel's total liability shall not exceed fees paid in the 90 days preceding the claim.
These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Georgia, United States. Venue for any permitted claims shall be Fulton County, Georgia.
If any provision is invalid, the remainder remains enforceable. These Terms and the Privacy Policy constitute the entire agreement between you and Cashintel.
This Agreement is written in English; the English version controls in the event of conflict.
